mproved TV infomercial performance by developing a system for full automation of a large media budget.  This algorithm was continuously optimized via sourcing calls to aired media and tracking performance thru the customer lifecycle to calculate a granular ROI: resulted in a large credit in the first quarter after implementation.  Improved site selection thru visualization of actual and potential customer bases: incorporated GIS and psychographic data, and designed maps of all major metro areas.  Architected and negotiated an EMC Clariion storage solution to provide high-performance BI, including a continuously updated development environment via SAN replication.  Built and directed a world-class team of ten, including four SQL developers, an OLAP developer, a report writer, two DBAs, a data architect, a GIS specialist, and a TV Media buyer.
