Responsible for the architecture and development of the corporate datawarehouse of a large distance education provider.  Provided extensive analytics to help maximize the broadcast marketing budget through PRIZM and ElementOne psychographic profiling.  Automated lead prioritization, recirculation initiatives and skills based routing.  Implemented a fair incentive program contributing to a 40% increase in conversion rate of the 70 person call center.  Developed "UnicaLite", a campaign management system to handle the fulfillment of 3M lead acquisition  phone and email messages per month.   Analyzed campaign impact through comparison of AB splits and holdout groups.   Built models to look at revenue accrual rates over a student lifecycle to facilitate effective customer interaction strategies.   Improved collections effectiveness through better visibility of account aging and roll rates.  Integrated corporate data assets to provide a product level P&L statement, providing insight into unprofitable lines of business.  Built procedures to handle credit card encryption and decryption on remote servers.  Automated nightly builds of DW to include hundreds of complex aggregation tables in a 300M record environment.  Build XML documents to distribute key word performance metrics to our search vendors.  Transitioned the company to SQL 2005 Database, OLAP, and Reporting Services.

Responsible for the reporting and warehouse infrastructure of a $3B chemicals company in roles ranging from Architect to ETL Developer.   System owner and developer of the Corporate Budget and Forecasting application.  Facilitated better sales analytics by engineering the process to distribute personalized cube slices nightly to 150 regional sales managers via Lotus Notes, allowing users full multi-dimensional analysis from within Excel while disconnected from the corporate intranet.  Provided strategic guidance for warehouse implementation, development practices, report distribution methods, performance improvement, and disaster recovery.  Developed DTS packages and Oracle stored procs to extract and conform data from the Oracle OLTP system, staging the data in SQL2000.  Packages contained error-handling, event-notification, cleansing, cross-matching, and handled complex business rules.  Created aggregation strategies for performance and ease of ad-hoc reporting.
